Free to start, with a one-time unlock
The free version includes the full guided journey, three refreshes of your results per journey, a shortlist of up to 15 names and side-by-side comparison of two names.
A one-time purchase, with no subscription, removes the refresh and shortlist limits, lets you compare up to four names, and adds recorded voices for each name's languages, which you can also download for offline listening.
Prices are shown in the store for your region. The store you buy from restores the unlock on your other devices signed in to the same account. Purchases do not carry over between Google Play and the Microsoft Store.
Where to get it
Simply Named is in testing on Android ahead of its Google Play release. A Windows version for the Microsoft Store is in preparation.
Questions?
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-in and no cloud sync. Your answers, shortlist and saved groups stay on your device, and you can export or delete them in the app at any time.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Recommendations are worked out on your device, and your shortlist is always there. Recorded voices need a connection unless you have downloaded them, and some device voices use an online service.
