Tell us the app name, your device and operating system, what you were trying to do, and what happened. A screenshot can help, but please remove private information before sending it.

Privacy and account requests

For privacy questions, data requests, or account deletion help, use the same email and name the app. See our website privacy information and app policy links.

Delete Indevolt Solar Scan data

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete from server and this device. This removes this installation's evaluations, report requests, report PDFs and draft-order records from the Indevolt service, then clears the data on your phone. If the service cannot be reached, the app keeps your data and offers a separate option to delete only the phone copy.

Customer records and draft orders already in Indevolt's Shopify shop are not removed by that action. To request their removal, or to ask for deletion without the app, email support@appsolutelyfabulous.co.uk, name Indevolt Solar Scan and give the email address you used for your report. See the privacy policy for retention details.
